很多朋友私信我,都在问我减肥的方法[呲牙]其实太简单啦,这不我就是一日三餐按时吃,吃瘦的呀!我每周都会把自己的三餐做成食谱在这里跟大家一起分享,你们也可以跟着我一起吃,当然也可以根据自己的身体情况适当加减量,至于烹调方法,我就属于比较懒的人,怎么简单怎么做[捂脸]你们可以选用同等重量的食材根据自己的手艺,煮,炒,蒸,炖,做到少油少盐就OK啦[呲牙]
