建模过程:
1、打开UG后,先在设计特征中选择圆柱插入

2、再插入一根与圆柱直径相等大小的螺旋线

3、在螺旋线的端点处插入草图,按照图纸的要求绘制一个矩形,用扫掠命令做出一个螺旋体

4、如果是双头螺纹的话,线性阵列一下即可

5、使用修剪体命令再对螺旋体修剪一下,把多出来的部分给修剪掉

6、下半部分如果要做成图纸中的样式的话,可以用桥接曲线来控制

7、然后再偏置一下柱面,利用桥接做出来的线做艺术曲面

8、先做片体延伸超过偏执面和圆柱面,再用偏置面修剪部分不用的片体

9、把特征片体阵列或者镜像到合适的位置后,底部再做个有界平面进行缝合

10、因为有界平面与圆柱有接触,需要将圆柱向内偏置,这样与扫掠的螺纹求和后,就可以把缝合的片体求和成实体了

末端柄的部分就简单了,直接做一个拉伸即可完成
