1、干虾皮用温水寖泡,去除咸味

2、倒入不粘锅炒干水分

3、炒得可以用手指捏就碎,就可以了。

4、炒成这样就可以了。金黄色

5、干香菇适量

6、用温水寖泡一下捞出,用厨房纸抹去上面水分,

7、一个个放入烤盘。

8、入烤箱150℃,烤30分钟

9、二者合一起倒入磨粉机

10、打碎

11、打碎装入玻璃瓶,或者密封罐保存。

小贴士


自制鸡粉无任何添加剂,下面,下粉,下馄饨,炖菜,炒菜 凉拌菜都可以用到一勺,二勺。鲜美无敌。(烤香菇可根据个人家烤箱温度而定,空气炸锅)只要把香菇烘烤干即可,用手指掰段即可。如果香菇烘烤程度太软,就再烘烤一点时间。虾皮一定要买低盐那种。
