对于又深又高的成品,在成型完成后,容易紧包在模仁上,此时一般均需设置顶出块以帮助成品脱模,但在顶出瞬间,因塑料高度方向缩水显著,顶块与产品产生间隙。若此时顶针一并顶出易造成塑料成品表面有顶白情形,为防止此情形,建议采用将顶针延迟顶出的方式.
