塑胶模具二次顶出,强制脱模

内容加深,这次介绍二次顶出和强制脱模,这个在一些特殊模具中经常会用到
一. 二次顶出、强制脱模使用范围
1、适用产品较深,抱紧力大,二次顶出,减小每次顶出的抱紧力。
2、成品倒勾较小,无法作其他倒勾装置处理.
3、第一次脱出型腔或抽芯让出塑料弹性变形空间,
第二次利用塑料的弹性变形将产品顶出.

因产品很深,采用顶块顶出,由于顶块上装有入子,为了使其与成品脱离,采用机械式二次顶出方式。

四. 延迟顶出结构介绍
对于又深又高的成品,在成型完成后,容易紧包在模仁上,此时一般均需设置顶出块以帮助成品脱模,但在顶出瞬间,因塑料高度方向缩水显著,顶块与产品产生间隙。若此时顶针一并顶出易造成塑料成品表面有顶白情形,为防止此情形,建议采用将顶针延迟顶出的方式.
