《一公升的眼泪》是日本富士电视台于2005年10月11日至12月20日期间首播的励志类电视剧。该剧改编自木藤亚也的同名作品。由村上正典执导，江头美智留编剧，泽尻绘里香、锦户亮等人主演。
该剧讲述了一个15岁的小女孩，突然患上了不治之症脊髓小脑变性症，身体机能开始不受控制，但在家人和朋友的支持下，她决心努力无悔地度过每一天，不给自己的青春留下遗憾的催泪励志剧。

一公升的眼泪剧情
15岁的池内亚也（泽尻绘里香饰）出生于一个平凡而幸福的家庭，一家六口每天的生活虽然平淡却很幸福快乐。从小就是好学生乖宝宝的亚也考上了自己心仪的高中，原以为从此光辉灿烂快乐的人生正等着自己，没想到却患上了不治之症——脊髓小脑变性症。慢慢地，亚也的身体机能开始不受控制，走路无法保持平衡，经常跌倒，甚至不能好好写字，看着这么没用的自己，亚也哭了一次又一次，当她哭着问医生“为什么病魔会选上我？”的时候，更是让所有观众潸然泪下。在家人，以及喜欢的男生麻生遥斗（锦户亮饰）的支持下，亚也下定决心努力无悔地度过每一天，不给自己的青春留下一丝遗憾。

泽尻英龙华
代表作有电视剧《一公升的眼泪》，《太阳之歌》，电影《尘封的笔记本》。2011年5月1日泽尻宣布自己开设的个人事务所与日本艾回签订了合作契约，艾回将负责泽尻今后的演艺事业！绘理香名字由来是花的名字，杜鹃花科的一种(Erica)。已经于2008年改名为泽尻英龙华。英龙华的名字原意为孤独。英龙华日语发音为“elika”，与杜鹃科石楠花的日语读音相同，而这种花的花语是“孤独”。

锦户亮
日本歌手、演员，1997年9月6日参加事务所的甄选而正式成为具有“美少年兵工厂”杰尼斯事务所练习生。后又跟随J家旗下团体“关西杰尼斯8 (関ジャニ∞)”与NEWS成员先后出道。随着出演多部电视剧，成为日本当红小生之一。2008年因出演《Last Friends》的及川宗佑被肯定实力派演员。
